Any and all past dues must be brought up to date upon purchase. The annual dues at Woodland are $680 for first lot with or without trailer and $340 for other lots with no campers. There is also a $100 electrical assessment charge per member per year.
Reminder: In order to transfer property to your name you must obtain a Quit Claim Deed.
