New owners will be responsible to bring all property up to code. Please check with campground office for any dues that might need paid at the time of purchase. Any and all past dues must be brought up to date upon purchase. The annual dues at Woodland for the 2026 season are a flat rate for all lots of $600.
Reminder: In order to transfer property to your name you must obtain a Quit Claim Deed.

Once you sell your property please reach back out so it can be taken off the website.
