Due to the dry conditions and possible wind conditions, we are issuing a burn ban until further notice.

 

October 2025

We have had a change in positions on the board. Rhonda Thomas who originally had the position of Secretary, will now be overseeing housekeeping and Linda Hoffman will be taking over the Secretary position.

Once again we are having the issue of members putting building materials and items that are not allowed in the dumpsters. You have the option of picking the items back up from the dumpsters or you will be fined.

             

 

The annual dues at Woodland for the 2026 season are a flat rate for all lots of $600.
